Our Team

Allan is a senior executive and chartered accountant with over 40 years global finance, property and operations experience. Most recently Allan was the Chief Operating Officer of the University of Melbourne, stepping down in October 2022, having previously been the CFO, as well as CEO of UM Commercial Ltd. Prior to joining the University Allan was a corporate finance partner at PwC. 

Allan is the Chair of UM Commercialisation P/L, Chair elect of Genesis Pre-Seed Fund P/L and Co-Chair of the Australian Institute for Infectious Disease.

Allan is also on the board of Uniseed Management P/L, UIIT P/L, Australia India Institute P/L (India) and UMELB P/L (Singapore), and a member of the Melbourne Theatre Company’s Finance and Risk Management committee.
