Doherty Clinical Trials at the 2nd MasterControl User Group Meeting

Doherty Clinical Trials’ Quality Team (Ivy Ang, Quinn Higgs, Ivy Liang and Thu-Anh Pham) participated in the second MasterControl User Group Meeting, held at the Park Hyatt in Melbourne on 19 March 2025.

Over the past year, the team has been busy working with MasterControl, alongside implementation partners SeerPharma, on establishing a purpose-designed and innovative e-Quality Management System (eQMS) that will underpin the quality delivery of studies at Doherty Clinical Trials.

Thu-Anh Pham, our Director of Quality and Compliance, shared our team’s experience in implementing the systems at the meeting, with real world reflections of how the system is utilised at Doherty Clinical Trials in line with our commitment to drive quality and efficiencies.

The meeting saw attendees from all over the Australian biotech industry share best practices and exchange ideas on how to improve the digitisation of quality management workflows.
