Doherty Clinical Trials on The House of Wellness

Highlighting the vital work of Doherty Clinical Trials and sharing why participants find it so rewarding.

Doherty Clinical Trials was featured on Channel 7’s The House of Wellness last week showcasing our mission: to expedite the development of novel medicines and vaccines through tailored early phase clinical trial solutions and human infection challenge studies.

Including interviews with Professor James McCarthy and Dr. Andrew Brockway, as well as some of our previous trial participants, the feature discusses the importance of our work in pandemic preparedness and explains what’s involved in clinical trials at our facility, which is the first of its kind in Australia.

Sharing the significance of clinical research and explaining the ethics and safety mechanisms we have in place; the feature shares valuable insight into what you can expect from those who have participated in clinical trials themselves.
